About Us

Our story begins in April of 2017 with a single idea - create products that create change. We are two life-long best friends who are passionate about empowering others to get out of their comfort zone, live sustainably, and Resist their Forty.

We grew up in the same neighborhood in southern New Jersey, and spent our time playing sports, exploring in the woods, and spending many nights talking about a business that we would one day start.

We wanted to create something that would not only succeed financially, but would leave an impact far beyond our time. We established Resist Forty as something bigger than ourselves, that would change our communities, who will ultimately change our world.

Shane went on to attend Rowan University, where he received his bachelor's degree in Psychology and his master's degree in Counseling in Educational Settings. During this time Shane led initiatives on campus for sexual assault education, bystander intervention, and leadership programming. When Shane isn't working on Resist Forty, he enjoys going for a run, keeping up with current events (not the Kardashians), volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and facilitating leadership programs.
